About SNRG Education Group
Our journey began in 1999, when our promoters took on the challenge of managing the operations of a newly established hospitality college in Luzern, Switzerland. Through strategic planning, operational excellence, and a commitment to quality education, the institution rapidly grew into one of Switzerland’s top hospitality schools, attracting students from over 40 nationalities.
Building on this success, our leadership expanded its expertise by providing advisory services to higher education institutions across the Middle East, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, and Singapore. These projects focused on campus operations, student recruitment, institutional growth strategies, and compliance, enabling institutions to scale efficiently and strengthen their global positioning.
In 2007, the promoters brought this expertise to India, launching their first hospitality campus in Greater Noida—a milestone that established a strong industry-academic model combining academic rigor with practical training. The institution has since become a benchmark for hospitality education in India.
Today, SNRG operates across India and Europe, helping institutions expand, optimize student recruitment, and establish global partnerships. While we continue to offer end-to-end management and advisory services to Indian institutions, our international division works closely with European universities to develop their market entry strategies, student recruitment pipelines, and transnational collaborations.
Looking ahead, SNRG is preparing to launch a new institutional venture in New Delhi while expanding its partnership network in West and South India in 2025. Internationally, we aim to position our European university partners at the forefront of global education, bridging the gap between local student markets and international academic opportunities.

Founder & CEO
Rohit Bhatia is a highly accomplished leader in hospitality education, with extensive experience in founding and managing hotel management institutions in India and Switzerland. He has also served on the board of companies overseeing hospitality and management colleges across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, contributing significantly to their strategic growth and operational excellence.
Educated in hotel management from Switzerland, Rohit combines deep industry expertise with a forward-thinking approach to education. His focus has always been on creating transformative learning environments that equip students with the practical skills and global perspective needed to thrive in the hospitality sector.
As CEO, Rohit’s vision aligns seamlessly with the organization’s mission to empower educational institutions across India and EU with customized solutions that drive student recruitment growth, optimize operations, and build lasting academic partnerships. GAURAV BHATIA

Gaurav Bhatia is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in managing large-scale real estate, hotel, and restaurant enterprises across India and internationally. Educated in Switzerland, he has developed a deep understanding of global hospitality standards and operational excellence, which has been pivotal in his career.
Throughout his professional journey, Gaurav has successfully led high-impact operational strategies, driving organizational growth and efficiency across multiple sectors. His expertise spans project development, operational management, and strategic planning, ensuring the seamless execution of complex ventures in diverse markets.
As Managing Director, Gaurav plays a critical role in spearheading the operational strategy of the organization. His focus on process optimization, resource management, and delivering scalable solutions positions him as a key driver of the company’s mission to support partner institutions and deliver sustainable outcomes.
NAMAN BHATIA
VP – Sales & Marketing
Naman Bhatia is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales, digital marketing, and admissions management within the education and hospitality sectors. Holding a qualification in Hospitality Administration and Management from a leading UK institution, Naman blends his academic background with hands-on expertise to deliver impactful results.
Over the years, Naman has worked with leading study abroad companies, where he played a key role in student recruitment and admissions management, helping students achieve their academic aspirations abroad. Additionally, he has successfully run his own catering business and operated a hotel management college in New Delhi, gaining valuable insights into business operations, strategic marketing, and student engagement.
In his role, Naman will focus on sales and marketing, driving strategic growth and expanding the organization’s market presence.
SHUBHENDU CHOWDHRY
Chief Advisor
Shubhendu Chowdhry is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in education management, international student recruitment, and EdTech innovation, spanning 30+ countries across four continents. He has held leadership roles at top-tier educational organizations, pathway providers, EdTech startups, and International universities, where he played a pivotal role in supporting expansion into emerging markets like South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
As an advisor, Shubhendu works closely with the co-founders to help shape strategic solutions that drive student recruitment growth, foster transnational education collaborations, and improve operational efficiency.
His academic background in hospitality education from Switzerland enriches his perspective, bringing a focus on service excellence and curating high-quality experiences for all stakeholders.
