Tudor brings a wealth of academic and industry expertise to our advisory board. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Hospitality and Management, with research that was recognized for its innovative quantitative analysis of theoretical frameworks and awarded top academic honors.
Tudor’s professional journey spans luxury hotel operations in Switzerland and a key diplomatic role as Protocol Officer for Moldova during the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. In academia, he has lectured on research methods at leading Swiss hospitality institutions, organized four international research conferences, and served as Editor for two scholarly journals. He has also played an instrumental role in the development of digital education, working as a Senior Academic Advisor and lecturer in research methods for Vienna-based online learning platform, Tutoric. His experience and insights continue to guide our strategic initiatives and academic collaborations.
RUSSELL RIMMER
Russell Rimmer brings over 35 years of experience in higher education, with academic and leadership roles across Australia, Scotland, Switzerland, India, and Singapore. His areas of expertise include hospitality, tourism, human resource management, and applied statistics, with a strong focus on modelling student learning and developing tools that support student-centred education across diverse learning environments.
His academic career includes appointments as Professor and Head of Department of Strategic and Human Resource Management at the University of the West of Scotland; Director of the Executive MBA Programme at the Ayrshire Management Centre; Associate Dean for Learning and Teaching at the School of Business, Enterprise and Management at Queen Margaret University; and Professor of Research Development at the Hotel and Tourism Management Institute in Sörenberg, Switzerland. He currently serves as Emeritus Professor at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Russell’s extensive experience and global academic insight bring strategic depth to our advisory board.

Chef Fallet is a renowned Swiss culinary expert and hospitality educator, with decades of experience working in Switzerland’s premier hotels and academic institutions. As a former Senior Chef Faculty in Switzerland, he has mentored aspiring chefs in European cuisine, blending classical techniques with a contemporary approach to culinary education.
Now regarded as a celebrity chef, Chef Fallet brings his expertise to India through his regular visits as guest faculty at RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management. During these visits, he conducts intensive culinary training, hosts live demonstrations at hotel management institutions across the country, and collaborates with embassies to organize European food festivals. His hands-on engagement, combined with deep cultural and culinary knowledge, makes him a valued contributor to globalizing hospitality education and enriching student experiences across borders.

Shubhendu Chowdhry is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in education management, international student recruitment, and EdTech innovation, spanning 30+ countries across four continents. He has held leadership roles at top-tier educational organizations, pathway providers, EdTech startups, and International universities, where he played a pivotal role in supporting expansion into emerging markets like South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
As an advisor, Shubhendu works closely with the co-founders to help shape strategic solutions that drive student recruitment growth, foster transnational education collaborations, and improve operational efficiency.
His academic background in hospitality education from Switzerland enriches his perspective, bringing a focus on service excellence and curating high-quality experiences for all stakeholders.

Holding a qualification in Hospitality Administration and Management from a leading UK institution, Naman blends his academic background with hands-on expertise to deliver impactful results.
Over the years, Naman has worked with leading study abroad companies, where he played a key role in student recruitment and admissions management, helping students achieve their academic aspirations abroad. Additionally, he has successfully run his own catering business and operated a hotel management college in New Delhi, gaining valuable insights into business operations, strategic marketing, and student engagement.
In his role, Naman will focus on sales and marketing, driving strategic growth and expanding the organization’s market presence.
